Conceited people never hear anything but praise.

About This Quote

The idea behind this quote is that people who are conceited will never be able to hear anything but praise. They believe that the world revolves around them and they are the center of it all. They are the only ones who are worth anything, because they are the only ones who can make anything happen. But people who are conceited never get anything done because they are always worried about what other people think of them. As a result, their lives become extremely boring and mundane.
